Join Chef, Jennifer Clair, as she arms us with all the information we'll need to be the best-educated shopper and cook. While there is plenty to learn about food from a good cooking class, there is still a lot of food education that needs to happen before you head to the kitchen. First you have to go grocery shopping.

Ms. Clair is the founder of Home Cooking New York and is the former Recipe Editor for "The Wall Street Journal" and Food Editor at Martha Stewart Living. She is the recipient of a full James Beard Foundation scholarship and began her culinary career assisting the renowned cookbook author and food historian Joan Nathan.
Ms. Clair is the author of "Gourmet Cooking on a Budget."
