Join local Life and Wellness Coach, Vicki Kramer Nathan, as she leads a workshop to help us explore how to both capture those unhealthy thoughts that frequently run through our mind, and challenge them. Learn tips to reduce critical self-talk and boost a sense of self-compassion.
