Ramadan Through the Eyes of a Child, written by Fonda Kitt Muhammad, is a story of how an African American Muslim family honors one of the most sacred months in a Muslim's life. Told through the perspective of an 8 year old girl, this story reminds the reader of the importance of family, tradition, and creating fun memories. It will be an hour of interaction, laughs, and discussion as we gain a deeper understanding of a non-traditional culture.
