It’s Howland Public Library’s 150th birthday! To celebrate, the Library is hosting a mini-library kit contest. The mini-library kits will include everything you need to make your own bookshelf diorama! Stop by the library on August 1 to pick up a kit that includes everything you need to make your own book sanctuary! Return the kits with your contact information by Friday, August 19th to be considered for the contest; a winner will be notified on Monday, August 22, and will receive a special prize. All kits will be put on display at the front of the library, and the owners will be contacted to pick up their mini-libraries once the display has been taken down.
