Aging with Grace

Event Type: Adult
Date: 3/28/2023
Start Time: 12:30 PM
End Time: 1:30 PM
Description:
As we age, our view of the world changes from thinking we may have all the time in the world to accomplish things, to a more limited view of how much time we have left on this planet. When we retire from a life of work, we sometimes are puzzled and frustrated, we develop a different relationship with time and how to make our days meaningful. We also may feel that we don’t want to burden our children and friends with the many thoughts that are circling our brains daily, thoughts that may be hard to accept, negative thinking, loss of control and mainly fear.

In Aging with Grace, we will have the opportunity to share those feelings and concerns in a safe, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. We will trust each other to honor those feelings and support one another in this next chapter of our lives.

Registration for this event is recommended, but not required.
