Guided stretching and strengthening, focused on the caregiver. Sessions include inspiring meaningful conversations to build a community between families. Babies will connect with their caregivers through a sensory-motor experience, boosting physical and emotional development.

Yoga mats or small blankets are encouraged. Time remaining at the end of the hour will be open for socializing. This upbeat and playful session is led by Jillian Brown, 250 RYT Aerial Yoga Instructor & Nationally Certified School Psychologist.
