 Learn how successful people focus their attention and block out stress. The workshop explores the causes of stress. Join John Bednarik, long time meditator as he presents effective tools that help us become spiritually empowered so we can deal with daily stress and find peace in our lives by incorporating this simple technique. There will even be a short meditation sitting.
