The MELT Method is a simple self-treatment that eliminates chronic pain, improves performance, and decreases “stuck stress” caused by repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. Ellen Chiappetta, Certified Personal Trainer and MELT Instructor who trained directly with MELTS’s founder, will teach simple techniques using a specialized soft roller and MELT hand and foot balls to relieve tension and tightness throughout your entire body and bring balance back to your nervous system. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to class.
