Please join us for a discussion of this New York Times Bestseller which tells the true story of Henrietta Lacks, an African-American cancer patient, wife and mother, and of her cells, known as HeLa cells. Local physicians Dr. Ebonee Davis and Dr. Barbara Williams will lead us in an informal discussion. Light refreshments will be served. Reading copies are available at all SJCPL locations.
