 This webinar will focus on budget and finances in Vermont public libraries: financial responsibilities of the library director, building and tracking a budget, advocating for budget requests to Trustees and Select Boards, the difference between municipal and incorporated libraries, with a brief introduction to grants and fundraising. Presenter will be Gary Deziel, UVM Extension Assistant Professor for Community Development, MBA SHRM Certified Professional, and library trustee.
