Session 2 description:
Your library is a complex and ever-changing organization. As the leader of the library your role demands that you maintain constant awareness of patron and staff needs and external pressures regarding disinformation, the digital divide, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
At this workshop participants will develop their leadership and organizational development abilities to attract and deploy resources. They will learn about strategic planning and communications, managing disinformation and media literacy, bridging the digital divide, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
