Event Type: Dept. of Libraries Webinar Date: 4/7/2022 Start Time: 1:00 PM End Time: 2:30 PM Description: The goal of this course is to familiarize students with the principles and best practices related to developing and managing a small public library collection that is responsive to community needs. Resources and tools to explore this area of librarianship more deeply will be shared with the expectation that librarians will continue to do continuing education throughout their careers.
There are five required weekly online synchronous meetings as well as some individual and collaborative work in-between class meetings.
