Using your yoga mat as a base, this beginner class will explore classic standing, seated and supine yoga poses aimed at stretching the spine and limbs while strengthening our muscles. Attention to practicing with a slow, steady breath will give rise to a peaceful mind. Please bring a yoga mat, as well as a yoga strap and yoga blocks if possible. Instructor Alice Weiser.
