Amy Soucy (she/her) is a devoted teacher, retreat leader, and transformational coach with more than 20 years' experience. With several yoga certifications, extensive training in mindfulness and coaching, Amy has shared these empowering practices in a range of diverse settings, including public schools and private homes, colleges, juvenile detention centers, libraries and public parks and yoga centers around the world.
